The name “Blitz Productions” came in a casual setting with friends trying to find a good brand for our business idea.

Which is basically that we can do events very well, fast, and transparent using technology. And create a sudden change in the event itself and the events industry. So it was “Blitz Productions”. 

So we examine  every step in the event creation process to automate it and integrate it in Blitz Productions’ tools to make it more efficient for our clients and save them time and money  and eliminate any uncertainties that are often present when trying to make an event happen.

What is Blitz productions?

Our journey starts with automating the non-creative part  of the process of planning the event. 

And its layers  But let’s see how the event creation process currently happens first. 

Normally, once you find an  event project on your list it takes  most of your attention right away. Due to the  time frame, objectives, and a way to measure the outcomes, this sounds like an ideal project but under the surface and regardless of how deep or shallow your event management experience is , the amount of variables are huge, instead of only you working on this project you find yourself forced into a complex process of your work schedule by getting  get more of your team involved trying to craft the guidelines of this event, objectives, aimed dates , allocated budget and the main elements your team want to have it in this event. That would take 3 or 4 meetings depending on how clear the objectives and the timeline.

This takes more weeks, not less than a week later you will finally get the offers, so different and diverse for each other is the expensive one a spam? Is the cheap one trusted? You don’t know, trying to make sense of the offers and gather your team again and decide.  Minimum one more week is wasted. That if you don’t have any comments or questions on the offers and you understand and fine with all the line items, that are regularly not clear or not detailed enough. 

Almost a weekly meeting regarding the event to try to agree on some details or approve budget changes or simply follow up on the blockages. 

More than 6 weeks at least were spent to reach this phase. 

And we didn’t get to the event day itself and how strong your heart beats get before the event starts because you feel like you don’t have full control.

And the day passes as you think you have planned it. And the payday comes you receive an invoice with 20 to 50% of the offer you have approved in the beginning, sure you will have questions and the answers will just be more vague reasons and undocumented expenses you have changed that part, then we canceled this after fabrication, and then we delayed the finger food and that costs money, etc. then you pay 100 to 300% more than you should pay for this event without even archiving your objectives.
